We have a strict “All Bookings are final, No Full or Partial Refunds” policy. All payments made for any packages of A Lumene Chenet Studios LLC, will not be refunded under any circumstance. Your booking takes effect the moment you made a deposit. This policy applies but is not limited to a cancellation, a change of date, or an abandonment that is made or occurs after booking.

50% is required for all bookings to secure your dates however, payment can be made in full.
All projects may be subject to rescheduling if necessary for an up-charge of $100.
Small projects below $500 are to be paid in full. We are not responsible for any booking unless requested by the client but we are not responsible for the studio loss costs.
There’s a $150 additional per hour past the time frame. If you book a project and you are giving time frame you must abide by the dates or you will have to pay the difference for extra days.
We hereby reserve the right to deny service to any individual at our discretion, particularly in cases where the customer is displaying rudeness or misrepresenting our company for malicious purposes or making unfounded accusations.
Furthermore, any attempt to exploit, misuse, or access any part of our services without prior written authorization from us is strictly prohibited. This includes utilizing the Service, accessing the Service, or contacting us through the website without express permission.
